Vaccination Day

ERIN: Well today is the day Evan gets his first vaccinations. Luckily, fellow new mom Jen phoned me to prepare me for this traumatic event. She took Anna for hers on Friday and apparently it is way more traumatizing than you would think and both mom and baby cried. A few people have told me now to bring someone along with me so... Auntie Kristy to the rescue. She is finishing her night shift this morning at 6:30 and then coming over around noon after only a couple hours sleep just so she can be there for her sister and her nephew. What a gal!

BRIAN: Came home today to Evan with 4 band-aids on his legs. Two on each side. I feel sorry for the little guy but I hear he was pretty tough during the process. Lucky for Evan he is genetically cursed like his dad and has big strong legs. I keep telling Erin that his legs are not chubby just well developed.
