The White Rock

ERIN:We took Evan to White Rock beach today. It was a beautiful day and we did lots of walking with Evan in the stroller. Brian and I both got sunburns but Evan had sunscreen and a hat on and luckily we kept him in the shade the whole time. When we got to the beach, part of it was sectioned off with yellow police tape and there were police collecting evidence and reporters all over. It appeared they had found a body on the beach but they had it covered with a tent. We'll have to watch the news and see what happened. Poor kid slept through the whole thing, as usual. He keeps missing out on all the fun.

We had to pause to see the white rock as I have obviously been living under a rock since I didn't know there was an actual "white rock" in White Rock. Anyway, there it is...wow.

BRIAN: We had such a good time down at the beach. The walk was great and yes I am a redneck after our time down there. It is a pretty good burn. We did find out that it was indeed a body on the beach of a Oriental woman. They would not say much more than that. Evan pretty much slept through the whole trip to the beach but lucky for him Mom and Dad had a good time. We did a lot of walking, some eating (fries) and enjoyed an amazing day at the beach. I can not believe how much this little guy sleeps every single time we go out. Lucky for us I guess but it would be nice for Evan to enjoy the beach as well.
